“Pleasant stay”

Excellent location n only 2mins walk from tram stop coming in from airport as well as when l ride the trams/buses. Inly 10mins walk to Old Town Square for the start of all the tours etc. Beautiful Historical Area. Enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast n good standard of housekeeping . Eventhough it was a basement room , it was comfy n met all my basic needs. I never missed the fact it had no windows either. Guest even get a welcome drink. Maybe not for everyone but it met all my needs

They have 24 hour reception, so no "keys in the lockbox", or "door code" bullsh*t that I hate. Good shower, good bathroom, friendly staff. Ok paid breakfast.

A very nice hotel. The customer service is helpful, polite, and English-speaking. The room is very clean, has everything you need and is practical. The breakfasts are delicious, with a wide variety of cakes to choose from. It’s close to shops, historic sites, and entertainment venues. I had a wonderful trip and I think I’ll come back here. :)
