The location. Practically on the beach. Great, friendly host. Cheers, Nicos! The house has all you need - there is also a beach bar and a very nice restaurant nearby.

The stay at the villa was fantastic. Great location, close to the beach, and very clean. The host, Nikos, was very friendly, helpful, and available at any time.

Everything. From very good communication with Mr Nikos, the owner who is very responsive to any requests, to the quality of the accommodation which is pet friendly. The accommodation is nestled between the forest and the beach which makes it as great relaxation point for those who choose to stay here. The villa has everything in terms of utilities and kitchen tools. Mosquitos nets everywhere, AC in all rooms, good pressure on water and we found it very clean. Posidi is more chill than the rest of the island so this one is a great highlight plus you get to have amazing sunsets every day. The beach is literally 2 minutes across the street and there is owned parking. Sunset villas were a great spot to book for our 10 nights stay with our family and for sure we will come back again. Thank you for having us!
