The hotel is clean, the terrace has a wonderful view. The staff is friendly. 5 minutes to the center, 5 minutes to the beach. Wifi, air conditioning, everything is perfect.

we stayed at the room with terrace and it was so worth it. the view is amazing. also they would bring breakfast to our room balcony which was also very nice. another good thing about this hotel was its not that high up so the location was pretty nice for positano.
