Perfect location for attending sail gp. Comfy bed. Value for money. Owner easy to communicate with and flexible check in. Simple modern decor. Hotel was quiet. Room a decent size.

When I left home at 16 and travelled to Portsmouth that guest house was my new home.I'm now 60 the owners of Q8 have done some amazing renovation work. Much love and respect to them
