For a budget hotel room this is spot on. Compact but it has everything you need. It is a little tired in places, walls marked and flooring worn, but it was clean and tidy. A 2 female single travellers, it was incredibly safe and we were not concerned at all.

really good location was in the middle of both portsmouth and southsea. short walk to the beach . short walk to gunwharf quays for shopping and heritage sites .
