Upon arrival you will see a blue building. Please call the property approximately 20 minutes before arrival.Please note that the Studio Apartment has no capacity for an extra bed.Parties are strictly not permitted on the property. Guests found breaking this rule will be charged and asked to leave the property immediately without further notice and without a refund.Please note the property is located in a residential area, and the property ask guests to refrain from excessive noise levels.Weekly cleaning is available free of charge.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The location was excellent. The apartment overlooked Gunwharf Quays shopping centre and the water. Plenty of choice for shopping, activities and eating out. It was close to the very interesting Historic Dockyard, with nearby bus, ferry, hovercraft and train links. The view from the Spinnaker Tower was stunning. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. It had everything we needed for our holiday. The hosts were easily contactable if we had any questions. Parking on site was important for us, which was an additional cost, but necessary. The lifts all worked and whizzed between floors really quickly. Staff in the reception area were pleasant and helpful.

Fantastic location. Close to train station, bus station, ferry port. Right on gunwharf quays so fantastic shops and restaurants on your doorstep. We would definitely return and stay here again

Fantastic location. The apartment has everything you will need to enjoy your time there. The lady met us at the parking space and showed us around before handing over the keys. Also, if you require anything, they are at the end of a text. Enjoyed everything for the 3 nights we had it and will rebook aging for September.
