THE LOCATION AND HOW YOU CAN PEOPLE WATCH EVEN IF THE WEATHER IS BAD THE CARPARKING SPACE IS SO HANDY TO DOOR OF APARTMENT BLOCK ENTERANCE WITH LIFT JUST THROUGH THE DOOR . EXCELENT IF YOU HAVE CHILDERN OR LOTS OF BAGGAGE TO TAKE IN
