The location was great—just a short 5-minute walk into town, which made things really convenient. The accommodation did what we needed it to do, and we appreciated being able to help ourselves in the morning to tea, coffee, cereals, toast, and various spreads.

My room and in particular the bed was very comfortable enabling a good night's sleep. There was free access to an extremely well equipped kitchen including a large fridge with 2x4 litre bottles of milk, white and brown bread with butter/jams, a range of teas all for guest use and two tables. The guest house is sited in a quiet area on the edge of town which was only a 5 minute walk to the town centre square in Portree, with easy access to island buses which start and finish there. A baker's shop, Mackenzies, provided excellent quality freshly filled rolls and other savouries and cakes/hot drinks to take out making access to lunch-on-the-go very easy.

Sergei was great. He assisted my family with their bags, showed us everything in the property. Gave us the kitchen/breakfast tour, he is very house proud. I like he requests that shoes are removed, & he provides slippers. This means the house is clean…& it is. The TV /Lounge area is very good. 5 star rating, a great place to stay.
