There is everithing what we needed: a coffee machine, a kettle, hair dryer, and the garden. The location is amazing, everything is really close - it’s close to the bus station, beaches, market, restaurants...It's really very comfortable. Parking is paid, but it is next to the Rooms' door. And there are 3 parkings in a few meters, where possible to leave a car for a long time too. The owner is very welcoming. He gave us very good tips and explained everything regarding the possibility to enjoy of enjoying time in Portorose and Piran. I would stay here next time too.

I am staying here already for the 2d time. Rooms are located almost at the seaside. It's exactly why I was coming to Portoroz. And it's amazing.

The location was really good and the owner was great with us. He even offered better options for us once there was availability. Great communication and support from him. Would definitely recommend or stay again.
