The 24hr service on WhatsApp was amazing. The team are super friendly, polite and very responsive to all the questions we had prior to the stay and during! The location of the place was also super central

Youropo are running an amazing business here with outstanding service. Due to me breaking my leg during our holiday and then the big Portugal power cut we had to unexpectedly extend our stay in Porto twice. Youropo were the only people we knew (particularly during the power cut when all communication was down) and they bent over backwards to find appropriate apartments from the various apartment buildings they administer. They carried bags for us (as I couldn't), even lent us cash during the power cut so we could buy dinner. Most amazing people. And a very clever business too, they operate their office 24/7 servicing all their apartments making it a bit like a distributed hotel in terms of service levels. If I could give more than 10/10 I would.
