Host was very helpful and communicative, and answered any questions fast. The place is close to the bus station, market, and shops, even if it is not in the center of Porto. The street is one-way and not too busy. The house cleaning service was good.

We liked almost everything with the place. The information provided before and during the stay was excellent (not complicated to access he flats) The cleaning mid-week was a very pleasant surprise.

When we arrived Matilde was already outside waiting for us. Whilst we were a little bit early, the room wasn't ready, which we didn't mind & Matilde recommended a lovely little cafe round the corner & that nicely marked the beginning of a wonderful 3 day stay in the wonderful city of Porto. Thank you Matilde & thank you to your colleague (sorry we didn't get her name) but you were both lovely, helpful & accommodating, even after we checked out & needed to leave our bags for collection later, we were given a secure code to recollect them later which was so helpful as we spent pretty much another full day exploring this lovely city without having to lumber our bags in the hot sun.Thank you again ladies for everything - WE'LL BE BACK!
