“Great stay at Rio da Vila”

We had a great stay at the Rio da Vila. The staff were very welcoming and attentive, especially the front desk staff who were great at communication prior to and during our stay. Our room was spotless and nicely decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. There was plenty of space to sit and watch the world go by from our balcony. The hotel's location was great for exploring the city.

Superb location central to Ribiera and Flores, easy to reach all the attractions on foot, (be mindful Porto is on a hill!) Friendly professional staff, nothing is too much trouble, we left our bags in reception with the staff due to an early flight, our bags were left in our room without asking which was a lovely touch! The room felt spacious and clean with modern traditional features, air conditioning well proportioned shower and toilet area shower was a little temperamental! plenty of storage for our 3 night stay, a mini fridge for cold water etc, hairdryer a smart TV if you needed it, a great sitting area, the bed was extremely comfortable,
