At the entrance, guests will find a safety deposit box where they should enter the first 4 digits of their credit card, followed by the letter "B". Inside the safe is the key card to the apartment. If guests have any doubts, they should contact the property directly.Please also note that access to the apartments is done by climbing two flights of stairs .Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

Staff is very friendly, I had some issues with my booking prior my stay and they assist you with anything you might need. Check in is very easy, JP was great. For us the location was perfect and away from the noise of the construction work in the city (at the moment, because of the new metro). The apartment was cute and comfy, the view was stunning. Me and my mother both enjoyed the stay. Thank you!

Excellent location. Right next door to elevator to town. Lovely little apartment. Clean and comfy. Checked in at 1am and they accommodated that. Staff very helpful. Gave all instructions via Whatsapp which was helpful.
