The staff were very friendly, polite and helpful. We arrived in the morning and check in wasn't until 15:00. They were kind and let us store our case behind reception so we could wander around the local area until check in. Also, as we were preparing to leave, they helped us with a few small things, booking a taxi to the airport. Letting us use their luggage scales, that made a difference. The room was cleaned and tidy every night when we returned, which is always nice. Can't say anything about the food as we ate out all the time.

The staff and service are great - always pleasant and very helpful. Good location both for exploring on foot as well as transport and Uber services with shopping conveniences nearby.

The hotel was super clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with a huge bed, great TV, great bathroom, everything looked brand new and pristine.

Breakfast were fabulous with very wide range of food and drinks available and staff top of their game in clearing and replacing empty trays. Our room was made up every day and beautifully done.
