I stayed in the studio on the 2nd floor of this lovely renovated two-storey building, which has two serviced apartments on each floor. U could say it is a hotel or a guesthousr as it is all for tourists. There’s a coffee machine with capsules available for all guests on the second floor — a nice little extra. The location is fantastic — right on a pedestrian street full of small restaurants, but still easy for an Uber or taxi to stop nearby. Our apartment itself was spacious, bright, and very clean. It smelled fresh, the two beds were huge and super comfortable, and overall it just felt really pleasant and cool. Luis was always available if needed — helpful, kind, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was okay. We found it to be great value for money and would definitely recommend it. Despite some reviews mentioning noise from the restaurant downstairs, we didn’t find it disturbing at all. Fans were also provided, which was appreciated.

Flat is very clean and huge. Beds are very comfortable. You can reach city center easily and quickly by walk. Street is full of cafes restaurants shops, everything.

Clean & comfortable apartment in a good location. We were met by Luis who checked us in to the property & was very friendly and helpful.
