Fabio is such a great host, really helpful and always available for tips and suggestions. The house is located in a quiet area, but the city of Pula with supermarkets, restaurants etc. is merely 10 minutes away by car. Also a good location to reach some of the best beaches of the South of Sardinia.

Location, near the sea and the centre of Pula, not far from Cagliari and the airport Bedroom upstairs has its own toilett In the house is everything you need to cook, there is a grill in the backyard Perfect view, especially from upstairs bedroom Very nice and helpful host- thank you Fabio!

A lovely little property with everything you need. The outdoor areas are great with a lovely shaded terrace downstairs and another one off the main bedroom, both with sea views. The air conditioning was also excellent - helpful at a very hot time of year. We really appreciated being able to walk to the beach, it was really easy, but the property is also only a short drive from other beautiful beaches along the coast. The owner was really nice and helpful, and check in and check out were really relaxed and easy. We had a wonderful stay!
