Very cute apartment, bigger than expected from the pictures. It is very well equipped, super clean and very confortable. We really liked to be able to park in front of the accomodation and just walk to the lake shore, gelateria and even the supermarket. Kadek, our host was very flexible and super kind. She gave us good recommendations, left some snacks for us in the apartment and even gifted us with a body lotion, a candle and freshly baked pastries! We had a wonderful time in Porto Ceresio and highly recommend to stay at Casa Fiorita to enjoy a stressless stay on Lago di Lugano!

Excellent stay! We enjoyed every moment of our stay at Kadek‘s place. Flat was comfortable, with tasty decoration, nice touchs:) user-friendly.. great location, within 3-4 min walking, you are at the center with bars, restaurants, etc.

I loved the homely feel and the several amazing beautiful styles of wine glasses and crockery on offer - makes such a difference! We also got a little leaving gift of home baking and a handcream, such a thoughtful kind gift. The location was excellent, within a few minutes we were on the lake walk with the restaurants and cafés it has to offer. The communication with our host was outstanding and we got so much information sent to us to enhance our stay, there's also an Italy guide book and several leaflets on things to do on the area in the flat.

It is clear that our host made every effort to make the flat look beautiful. It is unique and full of her creativity and taste. It is super value for money, particularly in an area that I imagine could be expensive. We were traveling from North to South heading to Italy. We would happily head back and have a longer stay. Easy walk to the water and cafes and a pizzeria.
