The view from the restaurant was amazing. The view from our deluxe double room was awful. The staff were brilliant, the food was outstanding, I shouldn't have been asked to spend more money on services that should have been included.

Location was excellent enabling us to visit Chesil Cove. Views out of the Bistro windows were stunning at breakfast and we had a glimpse of the sea from our room across the car park. The rooms were very clean with basic facilities you would expect from a budget hotel. Parking was free and plentiful. The staff were so friendly and helpful and really made the difference to our stay.

The hotel is 3* and is probably in need of updating but clean and comfortable, and staff were 100% 5*. I would recommend and definitely go again
