The location is very good. The apartment is a bit old, but have everything. it's very spacey. The balcony is also good and we enjoyed it very mush to have our breakfast in the balcony.

The location of this place is super. Beach and its view from a sea facing room is the best thing. No less than a picture. You have everything you need nearby. You get local bus 35. You get cab ofcourse. Tons of shops for shopping or renting things. Lots of eatery. Stationary shop - Pao Quente (not on google). Endless beach to walk around. Staff is friendly, available at your service. Mostly everything is there that makes your stay comfy.

The room was really big, we like to dance. We could listen to our music loud and no complaints of 24th floor.
