The location is excellent and the bedrooms are really comfortable. The kitchen facilities are superb and the lounge/dining area is comfy and just right. When the weather is lovely the balcony is huge. The electric shoe is lovely and warm and high pressure. The parking is handy and it is only a 5 minutes walk from the main town centre/high street. You are on the correct side to not get disturbed by the pod of seals that live in the harbour area. Great for People watching across the marina. The double room is huge and had plenty of storage space and the single room has also got lots of room and a sliding storage door.

It’s the perfect home from home and the host/owner Edward made this so before we even arrived by being in contact on a friendly level with all the information we’d need even before we thought about it. Ideally located at Porthmadog which puts you geographically in a superb spot to visit most places well within an hour, With great views of the harbour and cute little train station. If you’re looking for an immaculate little HQ whilst in Wales then this is the place. Great value for money and it’s nice to see an owner invest in their rental property with an immaculate modern kitchen and bathroom. This property has everything you need whilst on your stay and with a Tesco round the corner it’s so easy to grab a few bits for the fridge and cupboards on your way in. Great location overlooking the harbour and very close to the steam railway. Property was very clean and tidy with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Would happily stay again!

Great location. Nice terrace where you can glimpse steam trains. But be careful, it is very slippery in the rain.
