Staff were friendly and accommodating (I couldn't check in during the given time window). Room spacious and clean with easy-to-use shower. Breakfast area spacious and well maintained. Easy access to both the seashore and town centre shops. John Street carpark, immediately behind the building, was free 6pm to 8am and payable by RingGo for other hours.

I cycled to Mary House. Emma was very accommodating allowing me to keep bicycle in bedroom which was very much appreciated for peace of mind.

VERY combatable bed and nice room just up one flight of stairs plenty of tea and coffee shower and toilet area clean
