The hotel is vast , the beach is one of the best snorkeling experiences. The aqua park and the animation team are super fun .The food is creative, diverse and delicious. The staff are really nice they decorated the room for our wedding anniversary and brought us a cake 🎂. They made our anniversary a memorable one . We really enjoyed the terrace singer ahmed nour, it was very memorable.

Breakfast selection was good . Gets busy later so recommend to go early before 8am. Pool view suite (4315) was very big, large double bed plus a single. Even had a fridge, washing machine and hob and cooker in it!! Person that took bags to and from room was lovely and friendly.

The buffet food selection was good Most of the staff were friendly and attentive. The room was very nice and the facilities were good. I used the spa at the resort and had the most amazing massage and turkish hammam The laundry service was great for an excellent price
