Very large hotel but immaculately clean, with efficient staff everywhere. Very suitable for people interested in going all-inclusive. Large pool, plenty of sun-beds. Very child friendly and suitable for people with mobility issues. We checked in on line the day before and on arrival our check in was very quick. Highly recommend. Room access is via key-card strapped to wrist. Pool towels for hire E10 refundable on leaving. We were in a superior suite so the bedroom was spacious. Large balcony but only one chair on balcony so both of us couldn’t sit outside together- same for all balcony’s on our side. Mini fridge, safe, coffee maker, large tv, couch with pull out bed- uncomfortable to sit on though. Double sink, separate shower & toilet with very flimsy doors- noise from both very audible in room. Terrific blow dryer. Plenty of clothes hangers in open-plan closets. Our room was a corner one and had a little view of the sea and of the street used to walk the short journey from the hotel to the beach or the 15 min walk to the port. We used the gym(separate key needed for access, there’s a water dispenser in the gym. There is a lovely spa there also. Quiet hotel despite two bars across the street. We highly recommend Palms bar for night entertainment by cover bands- we saw The Beatles tribute band- well worth going. We had breakfast included, large variety to choose from. We loved ‘Swing’ restaurant for dinner. It appears to be a hugely popular hotel with young families and senior citizens and catered to all needs.

Stayed here twice before. Good for cyclists with a bike garage (you just need a medium size padlock for their attached bike rack cables) and a bike shop, plus another bike hire shop across the road. Close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach front. All Inclusive very good. Plenty of food choices. Great pool. Day and evening entertainment. Friendly helpful staff.
