The fine print
Facade and internal building works are currently being undertaken to this residential block and scaffold will be erected in October 2022 which will block any view from the property. The works are carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday - Friday until April 2023.PLEASE NOTE – Cladding works to this side of the building are nearing completion. Scaffolding wrapped in protective sheeting that blocks the view is still erected with materials, workmen and the site office on site. Juliette balconies cannot be opened during this time but windows can be. External works are due to be completed at the end of June. Works to the internal communal hallways are due to be completed in August. Price reductions of 20% have been applied to the price of the property until the end of June.Building works at Orchard Plaza – There are some communal corridor works presently underway through the block where there may occasionally be localised noise during working hours. The work is due to be completed by October 2023.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

Five Stars. A comfortable, modern apartment, quiet but right in the heart of the High Street with its shops and cafes below and a few minutes walk to the quay. Spotlessly clean, well appointed and the welcome pack including a bottle of wine, crisps and nuts was a lovely surprise, as was the beautiful leafy tree right by the window. Enjoyed our stay and if we lived in the UK we would definitely be back.

The apartement is well located close to the Quay and the car park is useful. The apartement and the communal areas in the building were very clean.
