The location is perfect, 15 mins from a beach, 10 mins from a pub. The flat is very good size with a great social space, well equipped kitchen, perfectly placed dining table and comfy beds.

clean and spacious apartment - - it was hot when were there and the large opening velux windows made the place breezey and cool despite the heat. The kitchen was well stocked (except for only having 4 bowls which for 5 of us was tricky) so new bowls were purchased! having 2 smart TVs was great - but just a note that only the ensuite bathroom to the master bedroom had a shower and for our familiy that meant our kids pestering for showers every morning :-) - but that was minor issue - definately a place we would return to - Westbourne (only a 10 min walk away was packed with great coffee places/bars and a good array of shops - Branksome Chine beach was an easy walk away and the chine walk was great.

The property was spacious, clean and comfortable in a quiet residential area with ample parking. Branksome beach is a 15-20 minute walk away.
