Convenient for early access to Poole ferries. There is a good size car park which seemed safe. We did not have breakfast but ate reasonably in the pub dining area.

Breakfast was lovely, location was good was a bit concerned when I saw how close to main road especially as we where front of building but one windows where closed and secondary double glazing pulled across no noise Family room was plenty big enough for 3/4 people
