The fine print
PLEASE NOTE – Façade works are currently being undertaken in this development and scaffolding is erected with netting covering the block, which will obscure views. Guest access to balconies will be unavailable during these works. The works will be carried out between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. We are offering price reductions of 15% on guest stays during the time the apartment is scheduled to be impacted and the figures quoted reflect this discount. The works on the development are underway and scheduled to run until the end of November 2025. Please contact us should you require an update on the programme.The price reduction for About Tern is from October 2023 to 30th September 2025.Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

Really liked the position, close to Poole Quay and all the pubs and restaurants. Great view from the balcony and handy parking. Bus to Sandbanks 3 minute walk away also a bonus. Very quiet.

The location was perfect for us, overlooking Poole harbour and the Yacht club. Also a good size balcony and was able to watch yacht racing that seemed to be on daily. The apartment was very well equipped and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and plenty of wardrobe space with lots of hangers. There were even towels for the beach.
