My correspondence with Hannah was great from start to finish, ready to assist with a smile and so clued up about everything I asked about. The location was perfect, only 4 minutes walk to the harbour, so very close for our Jurassic Coastal Cruise the next day! The apartment was so spacious and bright. It had absolutely everything you needed for a more than comfortable stay and more including salt and pepper mills, towels, toiletries, games, laundry, ironing amenities and a welcome pack of tea, coffee and snacks. The views in the pictures do not do the place justice, you really need to stay here and sit yourself (down) on the wrap around balcony (furniture provided) and admire the stunning panoramic views, seriously, this is better than any hotel stay, as there few high rises close to the harbour. With a Sainsburys next door, there is no need to worry about breakfast, lunch or dinner and even better there are many cafes/pubs and restaurants to cover this within minutes. Thai, Indian, pizza, pub grub and sea food. The biggest bonus yet, is that the apartment has it's only dedicated parking space which has gated security and you can access the building (with a security pass) from there then, all you do is pop into the lift and your on the 9th floor. If you need EV charging, there's plenty around the area. There's a variety of shops as well as a shopping centre and an Asda superstore, under ten mins walk. If you need information on excursions, eateries and more just ask Quay Holidays, they can help with anything and everything. We stayed here for two nights and we didn't want to leave. Thank you, Quay Holidays, we'd happily stay at your place again on our next visit!

Spot on communication & check in with Quay holidays. Amazing views. Excellent facilities. Had everything you could need during your stay. Secured parking was a bonus, along with the bottle of wine. Best part of it is being on the 9th floor, so amazing views of poole harbour and beyond, had a nice bottle of wine supplied on arrival, everything was very clean and the bed was so very comfortable.
