An old , yet full of charm apartment, right on the bank of the beautiful Lugano lake. It is situated in a very peaceful and quiet area with a couple of nice restaurants around. The apartment is on the last floor of a small building, consists of two comfortable bedrooms, large open space living room and a kitchen. Full of genuine and sooo beautiful old furniture and decoration. The kitchen is well equipped. We had also a nice supply of coffee capsules. You can enjoy the amazing views over the lake from a very large terrace. There is a free parking space just a few steps away. You can hardly stop in front of the place by car, as it is in a pedestrian area, but yet it is possible for taking off your luggage. The shower needs a little renovation, yet it's usable and charming. The smell of cigarettes in the staircase of the building a bit strong, but it comes from the downstairs apartment. We had great contact with the owner. We would visit this charming place again with pleasure

perfectly located directly at the lake. Just be careful with parking , there is a free parking 3 min in walking distance. But finding it and access to accomodation was impossible for us at first since gps could not find it. we had to call contact person to guide us, what they kindly did. definitely worth coming again, now knowing how to find it 😊. very friendly, great kitchen with dishwasher, also good and lowprice Restaurants in 5 min walking distance. calm and quiet though. great value for money!
