The breakfasts were fine. Different than our breakfasts in Canada, but still good. The room was pleasant but needs upgrading. The carpet was stained and should probably be taken out. The indoor pool was nice, but the staff, especially the gentleman that was on duty during the day was outstanding. I am truly sorry I did not get his name, but he should be commended for his professionalism, attitude, sense of humour and helpfulness. He arranged for our car rental and our taxi to the airport. A huge thank you to him and the other staff that made our stay so fabulous,

Excellent location, just a short 5-minute walk from the city center. The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the room is consistently impeccably cleaned.

A suite with very large windows over the city and the sea. A big and practical in the very center of Ponta del Gada. It also have a park.
