We enjoyed the friendliness and kindness shown by all the staff. Also situated very close to the 2 nd entrance of Pompeii.

The location is great, right opposite the entrance for the ruins, the hotel is clean, comfortable, staff are v friendly and the rooms are a nice size with nice bathrooms and ours had a cute little balcony too. A few nice restaurants very close by, and a short walk to the square too which is lovely. The parking offered freely is very close by and useful as well.

Location was perfect, garden very pleasant and good bed. The hotel kindly arranged a private guide for our group. He was very good.

Staff were helpful and very approachable…nothing was a problem. Breakfast was a lovely experience generally continental but a good choice of breads/cakes, cooked meats, fruit juice and scrambled eggs and bacon. Our room was spacious, and had a wonderful view of Vesuvius! The location is close to an entrance to the Pompeii ruins, cafes and the piazza. The main local tourist office is next door, offering various activities, tours and cultural experiences.
