Clive “Overall, perfect for visiting the ruins and having access to trains, restaurants etc”

Location was perfect for it's intended purpose - visiting the Pompeii ruins plus Herculaneum and Vesuvius. Pompeii was in walking distance (15 - 20 mins) and the train station was probably a 5-10 minute walk giving us access to Herculaneum and Naples (and the trains were dirt cheap - about £2.50 each way to Naples). Used a tour company to get to Vesuvius. They picked us up from the door (for a few £s extra of course!). It was a short walk to get to a variety of restaurants and bars and there was also a supermarket within a 5 - 10 min walk.

A lovely 2 bedroom apartment, close to the archaeological site of Pompeii. Walking distance to the bars and restaurants. Good parking behind a gate. Good communication with the host.

We like the quiety, charming atmosphere. Very close to the pompei archeo entrance. Good connection (train / car) to starting point of Vesuvio Express.

Pompei ruins was only a short walk away and the pizza shop next door was excellent. Very clean and it's obvious that the owner takes pride in her apartment. Your car has its own individual parking area behind a locked gate, very secure.
