Rooms are equipped with everything one need being on leisure: refrigerator, kettle, microwave, cutlery. There is a clothe dryer on the balcony. Small table with 2-3 chairs is placed on the balcony too. Guests of Home Gramatikovi can feel comfortable and safe. The beach is less than 60 m. There is a small shop in 30 m. The city center with many cafes and restaurants is 400 m away. The bus station is 400 m. From the property.

The place is 2 minutes walk from the beach and restaurants. It is clean, we were 3 people, so we booked an apartment for 4 (at the last minute!). The rooms were spacious, there was a separate toilet and bathroom, had a kitchen and a balcony. Blackout curtains for the night, a full size fridge. Our host was very kind, we arrived quite early in the day, he stored our luggage for us, while we went to the beach. He gave us a call when the room was ready. All the doors lock, so safety is on point! Great place to stay with family or friends in Pomorie! Definitely recommending!
