Location is very nice - hotel is located inside the forest. Quiet place, fresh air. Personnel is friendly, tried to provide as a good service as possible.

I wanted to spend my birthday in the city centre, but at the last minute, I decided to change my mind and ended up in this place. And it was an incredibly good decision. Nice and polite staff, cosy and clean rooms, soft beds, delicious food in the restaurant, beautiful grounds, and different animals that walk around the area. It's a great option for a vacation, even if you only have two days to relax.

It's our third stay in this hotel, I believe it's the best place to stay near Poltava. I'd say the hotel itself scores 8, but bunnies, nutrias and other lovely animals running around are adding +5 points:)
