Large spacious villa, contemporarily furnished which comfortably accommodated our number. Kitchen facilities were excellent and the property and grounds well maintained, especially as we stayed at the end of the season. Pool attendant came several times. The A/C was efficient and modern. Ensuites had walk in showers and there was a corner bath in one also and - all very clean on arrival. There were pool towels in the utility room. Privately set back from the road yet a few minutes from the seafront and a 15 walk into town. Several small shops and supermarkets within a 10 minute walk and a bus stop only a couple of minutes away. We did not need to hire a car and the bus into Old Pollensa was a very pleasant 15 minute ride to the centre. JS Properties were very prompt and responsive to queries. We had a lovely holiday.
