Lovely villa with plenty of space for us all, and multiple options of places to eat. Manager was super helpful, popped over to say hi on the first day and make sure everything was okay, and was over in a flash when I had an issue with the lights (even though it was just my fault!). 25 min walk into centre of pollenca, or 10 mins driving to puerto pollenca / 15 mins to Alcudia. Great experience would recommend

The location is fabulous, so quiet and peaceful. It’s a 20 minute walk to the centre of Pollenca where there are beautiful restaurants and bars. Gorgeous pool. 10 minutes in the car to Puerto Pollenca. We had a couple of issues with the water but the commutation with the staff and owners was excellent and everything was sorted immediately.

It was very pleasant to have a garden and the swimming pool was very well maintained. The accomodation was spacious and clean, despite we had to clean again all the kitchen items when we arrived. The bathrooms were very practically organised. We also enjoyed the ping-pong table although it was a bit old and broken The tenant tried to help as quickly as possible for all the problems we encountered. He also showed flexibility for our check-out time and communication with him was very nice.
