Good location in Lakeside. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room did have a Splendid View of Annapurna range, as did the roof viewing area.

The hotel's location was excellent. It made it easy to get around the Lakeside area and access the tourist bus stop. I also appreciate the property owner's accommodating my additional request without charging extra. The staff was very welcoming.

Staff were amazing. You say something and it will get sorted. Location was amazing too. Room had a balcony which was nice. View from the room top was breathtaking. However that’s where it ends. The rooms are totally dated along with the bathroom. Toilet was stained. Even the soap dispensers was difficult to manage. A lot of TLC needed.
