Great location near the lake and shopping areas. All the staff were wonderful, especially Kriti at reception and Susanth at breakfast. They were so helpful, kind and polite.

Hotel Portland offers a cozy, well-maintained space with excellent service. The rooms are clean and modern, staff are friendly, and the location is convenient. A great choice for both business and leisure stays!

Very friendly staff, we booked for the bed and breakfast option. Hotel food was great, it had both Indian style as well as English breakfast. The room was OK. the view was ok, but somewhat disturbed by other buildings' roofs etc. The rooftop is very nice you can have a good view of the Pokhara Lake and the Himalayan mountain range.
