ROOMS ARE SPACIOUS , CLEAN AND HYGIENIC. LOCATION IS VERY ADVANTAGEOUS. STAFFS ARE COURTEOUS & COOPERATIVE. MOUNTAIN VIEW FROM HOTEL IS VERY HEART TOUCHING. AC IS OK.

We were first given a totally different room and the door lock was not working properly. Wall had spots all over, bedsheet cover was torn. After calling out the manager and complaining about everything then we were shifted to a better room but had to wait about half an hour for the other room to get cleaned. Also, all the mentioned toiletries were not there and again had to give a call about that. Had tons of rooms but when we asked for the hair dryer(as it was mentioned in the provided toiletries) they told that all the dryers they had didn't work..such shameful... On top of it, the staffs were really rude and gave us snarky/mean replies. Over all, never coming back here ever again and will recommend other to not do so....

Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly. I enjoyed a lot with the big space while staying in Hotel Hulk and recommend everyone to stay there.
