A really recommendable hotel. We got a very nice big room, well equipped, clean with Rituals cosmetics (I didn't need to take my own), elegant mountain decor. Brilliant breakfasts, huge selection of food, sweet, savory, for children, also very good quality. I regret that I don't have such breakfasts at home. Service nice but unobtrusive. There is nothing I could complain about. I will recommend this spot for sure.

We had a fantastic stay! The Hotel is in a forest and the nature around it is fabulous. The suite is spacious and spotlessly clean. The swimmimg pool and the jacuzzi are excellent. The breakfast is truly magnificent - abundance of fresh food and fruits. We also had dinner at the restaurant - there is a Philipino section in the menu as well as traditional Romanian and Europian dishes. The service is also very nice. Thank you, Teleferic Grand Hotel Team!!!

Location, service, room, facilities, all are excellent. One suggestion that may bring more flavor is for the hotel to organize evening shows like live music, dance, and illusionism will bring all ages customers to a great spent vacation. The facility is available but currently only for rent for special occasions, open it every night, and bring people around music and dance, everyone will love it we foresure missed this during our vacation.
