The fine print
Please be aware that being a grade II listed building Invicta Hotel does not have a lift. 3rd floor rooms are reduced in price to compensate for this but may not be suitable for guests with mobility problems. If you require a lower floor room, please let the hotel know when making a reservation.Children and pets may only stay on the first and second floor. The stairwells are narrow and cannot accommodate children or pets. There are no extra beds available for children as well. Family rooms have the extra bed for childrenGuests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Stayed here for my daughters birthday asked if room could be decorated and this was done lovely for when we arrived , breakfast was a 10 hot and fresh , reception staff she was so lovely and helpful from the minute we arrived , our room had everything we needed and I had the best sleep I’ve had in a long time 😊
