The location was good and the accommodation was quiet & private with a pleasant aspect to the garden and a place to sit outside.

Very comfortable and clean with great facilities. Somewhere to go back to and relax. Having a fridge and microwave is a real bonus. Bathroom is very nice. Patio doors and small outside seating area is great for the warmer months. Location is excellent, a nice safe area with local shops and just a short walk from main bus routes. Host is always friendly and on hand to answer any queries. Have stayed several times and always my first choice when visiting Plymouth.

Very comfortable and very clean room with basic cooking facilities and fridge which are ideal. Fantastic bathroom and high quality furnishings. Parking on site. Great location for public transport links. Love that there is a table to work/eat from and a comfy chair to watch TV or relax. Host, Lee, is very friendly and happy to help with anything. Would highly recommend.
