The surroundings are really beautiful and unique as you will stay in the old part of Plovdiv, where the time really has stopped. I absolutely love to stay there. It is a unique place and will have the opportunity to experience it, if you stay at this hostel. The vibes are very informal here. You will see people lying at the benches in the garden and enjoying the sun. There is a fridge with drinks, where you can take something and pay later - this place seems to operate on mutual trust. The check-in process is very easy one - you will be greeted by the staff and they will show you the facilities and give you the bed linen, so you will have to make your own bed. You can request a locker as well to put your valuables. Don't expect anything fancy here - it is a hostel where the beds look almost DIY.

Set on a hill overlooking the old city and the city of plovdiv. This is a simple hostel but fantastic if you want a nice comfortable homely place to stay. The dorm room has curtains and power points with windows that open to an amazing view. There is a lot of places to sit comfortably. There is a simple kitchen and good fridges. The garden is walled with a security door so great for bikes. The area itself is very quiet because it is local traffic only from the bottom of the hill with boom gates . This is not luxury but great value for money. Ivan who is the boss at the moment is super helpful and goes the extra mile. There are lockers and lock and key provided

Amazing location in the centre of Plovdiv old town with wonderful staff. For 1* accommodation in a 12 person dorm room it was fine and value for money
