The hotel is underrated. The rooms are big, the beds are very comfortable and The air condition worked perfectly. We had no trouble. The staff was great. We arrived in the middle of the night. We had a parking space that was assigned for our car right in front of the hotel. That was very helpful. It has a vintage atmosphere and it reminded me of a lot of great memories. The breakfast is great. We were a family of 4 (2 adults 2 kids under 8 years old) and the ladies made breakfast on the spot for us. The boys watched with joy all the proces. .

I especially liked the view and the location of the hotel, but the beds are comfortable, the employees are friendly (most of them speak English), private parking, excellent value for money.

Our stay at Splendid was great. Very friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfy room and a great location. I would definitely recommend it!

The location can't be better. For a small town Pleven has a lively population this time of year which makes it more pleasant than an empty town. In my room facing the park you can hear nightlife till after 11pm at weekends but it didn't really bother me. For this price the facility gives a 4-star experience. The bed is especially comfortable.
