Very friendly owners, great facilities both at my room and in the reception and shared lounge and dining room, absolutely fantastic breakfast. The location was obvious from the map, and the town centre and the beaches are only a short drive away. The town has a really great bookshop too!

Friendliness, cleanliness and the breakfast was very good. Attention to detail such as mill in the fridge. Safety and security was very good.

Lovely rooms (we were also upgraded which was so kind) with large comfortable beds. Breakfast in the morning was delicious, my wife said the French toast was some of the best she has had. Special shout out to Lady the cat who was a lovely visitor when in the main bar.

Location was great, room was really lovely- very clean, large and with a very practical little ‘kitchen’ (kettle, milk, tea and coffee, and fridge). Owner was delightful- full of positive energy, very friendly and obviously a ‘host’, meaning it it clear she loves what she is doing. Breakfast was great- variable, ample and delicious. Overall, a really lovely place.
