The eco-container owner was available on WhatsApp and responded to my questions timeously. I appreciated this. The bed was comfortable and the shower lovely! The container and its location allowed me to just be, to deepen and to rest. I loved this. I also enjoyed being close to a trail along the cliff edge overlooking the ocean.

The great outdoors coupled with a facility that is modern cottage that has access to modern technology, including wifi and a flushing toilet, etc. I really liked the customer service rendered by Jolene, she was so welcoming and accessible when needed.

Casetta del Fuoco, an Eco Container Cottage, exceeded our expectations with its charming and peaceful atmosphere! We spent four wonderful nights in this hidden gem, perfectly situated just an 8-minute drive from Plettenberg Bay. The well-maintained gravel road leading to the cottage was easily navigable with our rental car. We felt safe and comfortable throughout our stay, surrounded by lush bush and beautiful garden views. The container was immaculately clean, neat, and cozy, with a lovely deck and braai area perfect for relaxation. Despite the chilly weather, the provided heater and extra blankets ensured a warm and snug stay. We appreciated the free WiFi and parking, as well as the warm water. A major highlight was our proximity to the breathtaking Robberg Nature Reserve, a must-visit destination near the container stay. What truly set Casetta del Fuoco apart was its eco-friendly focus, teaching us valuable lessons on recycling, water, and energy conservation. As nature lovers and eco-conscious travelers, we appreciated the cottage's sustainable approach. Exceptional value for money, Casetta del Fuoco is perfect for those seeking a tranquil, environmentally responsible retreat. We highly recommend this gem and look forward to returning.
