Host was in contact with me throughout the day of arrival, advised on best route from airport and met us at 9:30pm to hand everything over - was excellent. On day of leaving, we had to check out at 11am but weren't flying home until the evening. Host allowed us to keep towels for the day and let us stay in the gated pool area for as long as we wanted - this personal service made such a difference and we were so grateful. Could not do enough for us :)
