Max “A phenomenal hotel”

Everything was perfect. The staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful, especially Stephan and Raquael. The reception area, pool area and our room were so clean and tidy. Nothing was out of place, it was absolutely pristine. We stayed in room 512, which was a junior deluxe suite and it was massive. A double sink in the bathroom with a very strong rainfall shower, a comfortable bed and multiple full length mirrors! The balcony looked on to the Hotel Miraflor opposite and we heard the peacock throughout the day - loved it. It was peaceful, relaxing and we will certainly be back.

Staff really friendly. Always space at the pool. Breakfast was great. Close enough to the bars that the walk home on a night time takes 5 minutes. Would come again.

Welcoming reception staff Comfortable quiet rooms Excellent breakfast choice and an omelette can be cooked to order. Large solarium with pool.
