The fine print
Up to two children from 3 to 12 years are charged 25% of the room stay per night when using existing beds.There is no capacity for extra beds in the room.Please take note that we have a Municipality Tax of 1st guest: $34 MXN per room per night, 2nd guest $17 MXN per room per night for all the bookings. This Tax will be paid directly at the property at the check in.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful! Food was excellent and a lot of options to choose from! All of the restaurants we tried were great too! Our kids loved water park and ice cream shop! Ladies working there were the best! Our daughter still talks about "Minnie Mouse Ice cream" they made for her! :) We also tried SPA - loved it!

Fantastic stay with the kids. The separate family buffet and pools are much quieter so much more enjoyable, yet you can access all the amenities of this huge resort. We only stayed a few nights but we really enjoyed it - all staff was kind and friendly, the food was good and the grounds were very clean.

We got upgraded room with a pool access. Lovely room, very clean. I liked it as it was at the far right wing of the properly, away from all the crowds.
