The entertainment staff were incredible!! Especially Kenddell who made our holiday, so kind friendly and lovely to be around. The food was lovely too, especially the pizza pool bar freshly cooked!

There are no sun lounger for everybody to hang on the beach or pool, so it is really frustrating. We gave up on staying on the beach or pool, because we would have to either seat or lie down on the floor.

The staff are amazing. They are so attention to detail and go above and beyond, especially the butler. The Privilege room was big, really clean and comfortable. Housekeepers were also excellent!
